Det er onsdag den 17.nov. at der er afgang til Finland. De første løb skal køres på Vermo banen onsdag aften. Torsdag aften er de i Kouvolo at der er finale. Turen sker sammen med monté holdet Kristina Jensen, Rikke Lykke Lauesen og Marie Hansen.

Wednesday 17.11.

Individual arrivals to Helsinki-Vantaa international airport. Airport Taxi to racetrack of Vermo takes around 20 minutes. Of course depends of the traffic. Price start from 24 euros (1-2 person in taxi) and for example with 3-4 persons in Taxi it’s 30 euros divided with the customers.

16.00 Welcome of all participants in Vermo Cabinet, briefing of drivers
16.30-17.30 finding horses from stable area, first warm ups
18.30 races start, buffet dinner in restaurant with wine/beer/soft drinks, also possibility to eat something small at the stable area if you don’t have time to come to the restaurant.
21.30 races over, transport with bus to the hotel Scandic Continental in Helsinki city centrum

Thursday 18.11.
Morning free. Shopping/sightseeing.
13.30 Bus leaves from hotel to Kouvola
15.30 at Kouvola, briefing of drivers
16.00-17.00 finding horses from stable are, first warm ups
16.00-17.30 meeting with official represents of every country in the restaurant
18.00 races start, buffet dinner in restaurant with wine/beer/soft drinks, also possibility to eat something small at the stable area if you don’t have time to come to the restaurant. After the last NC race celebration of the winners at the restaurant.
21.00 races over
21.30 back with bus to the hotel
23.30 back at the hotel
